Our Approach

Website and SEO Upgrade

Grid Neutral wanted a modern, SEO-optimised website without being tied into an agency for ongoing management. We designed and built a new Squarespace website, chosen deliberately as the client’s preferred platform and one they were comfortable managing day to day.

The site was rebuilt around clear user intent, with bloated copy removed and a simpler structure introduced to support both domestic and commercial customers. We also replaced a buggy contact form that displayed poorly on mobile with a clean, reliable alternative, and built a direct integration from Squarespace’s native form into Grid Neutral’s CRM to ensure enquiries are captured consistently and followed up promptly.

Following launch performance improved across all key indicators:

  • Bounce rate fell by 13.4%

  • Average session duration increased by 42.3%

  • Engaged sessions rose by 5%

  • Conversions grew by 61.3%

Brand and Legal Protection

We completed the trademark registration for the Grid Neutral name, ensuring the brand is protected as the business continues to invest in marketing and long-term growth.

Visibility and Local Presence

To support discoverability, we created and updated listings across major national and relevant local directories, improving consistency and helping customers find Grid Neutral through trusted platforms.

Content and Customer Journey

We reviewed the end-to-end customer journey to identify friction points and improve communication from enquiry through to aftercare. This led to the creation and design of clear information packs for customers awaiting installation, helping manage expectations and reduce inbound queries.

Ongoing support includes blogs and case studies to support SEO, website management, customer care packs with review incentives, and the implementation of a simple referral scheme to encourage warm leads through existing customers.
