About Aspiring edge
AspiringEdge was created to fill a gap Imogen kept seeing while working across consultancy and with small businesses. Many owner-led businesses need commercial support but don’t have the budget or workload for full-time specialists. At the same time, the day-to-day pressures make it hard for owners to handle things like systems, marketing, operations and project delivery themselves.
The name Aspiring Edge comes from Mount Aspiring National Park in New Zealand, where Imogen was married, paired with the idea of staying on the edge of new tools, technology and ways of working. Aspiring Edge exists to give small businesses practical, high-impact support that fits the way they actually operate.
Our Team
Imogen
Imogen brings over twelve years of experience across product, operations and growth roles, including 6 years on the senior leadership team at Twinkl as it scaled from a small start-up to a global company.
She has since worked in business analysis and delivery within a software consultancy, as well as consultancy and marketing roles in the UK and New Zealand.
Her strength lies in understanding how businesses work day-to-day, identifying what’s slowing them down and putting clear, workable systems in place.
She now focuses on supporting owner-led businesses that need practical commercial help without the cost of full-time hires.
Imogen is also PMP certified, a globally recognised standard in professional project management.
Alyssia
Alyssia has extensive experience in digital marketing and business administration, supporting small, owner-led teams that need clear organisation and consistent, effective marketing without taking on full-time staff.
She works across several disciplines helping clients to stay on top of communications, streamline their workload, and maintain a strong, reliable online presence.
She brings clarity to busy environments, cuts through overwhelm, and organises what needs doing, giving business owners the breathing space they rarely have time to create for themselves.
She now partners with clients who want calm, dependable support that keeps their day-to-day running smoothly and their marketing focused and purposeful.
